The Washington Public Market and Wine Cellars of Washington
building, takes up an entire city block that is located in the very heart
of vibrant Snohomish. 45,000 square feet are dedicated
to promoting ‘local area products’ within the largest built indoor-trade
Snohomish County has to offer. The pleasant, enclosed, heated environment encourages
year-round business, as opposed to just seasonal, for farmers and
craftspeople. The Market will be open during weekends and other active times of the year.
The buildings have their own well lit parking lots and a brand
new traffic light with pedestrian crossing to connect the two buildings
safely.
As a compliment to the market, there is a large designated area
for wine tasting from 25 wineries from around the state. There are also
events held on-site, including live music, seasonal promotions and
holiday activities.
